Droitwich Salvation army charity shop burglary – ‘over £500 taken’

THE DROITWICH community has been shocked after a burglary at the town's much-loved Salvation Army Charity Shop saw hundreds of pounds taken. Those working for the charity have told the Standard over £500 was lost when one of its large windows was smashed in, and its safe was forced open on Tuesday morning.
