FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – A Fergus Falls man is in jail on fleeing and drug charges after a pursuit with Fergus Falls Police in a stolen car. 42-year-old Rafael Buenfil took off at high speed from an officer in a car with dealer license plates. The officer discontinued the chase when the car driven by Buenfil reached speeds of more than 100 mph. A state trooper spotted the car and Buenfil was eventually arrested near Big Chief Truck stop…
