Driver dies after crashing into tree off of I-81

A Philadelphia man was killed Monday when his vehicle veered off an Interstate 81 exit ramp and crashed at the bottom of a Franklin County embankment, police said.Jason A. Pugh, 37, was trying to get off I-81 north at the mile marker 5 exit ramp in Antrim Township when he veered onto the highway’s shoulder at about 7:38 p.m., according to Pennsylvania State Police.
