Schuyler, N.Y. — A Utica man who drove a pickup truck into a mobile home last week and fled the scene has been arrested, troopers said. Around 10:16 p.m., state police responded to Monaghan Lane in the town of Schuyler in Herkimer County and questioned a man living in the mobile home that was hit, said Trooper Robert Girard, a spokesperson for the State Police.
