Attorney Ehud Gabay, who was in negotiations with the police and the prosecution regarding an agreement, is on being held until Thursday and is suspected of breach of trust and fraud. The minister's former parliamentary advisor, lawyer Ehud Gabbay, replaced his lawyer with the same one who previously represented Nir Hefetz, who, as we recall, served as a state witness in the Netanyahu cases. Minister Golan was summoned for questioning with a warning, but conditioned her arrival on the release of the ministry employees - and in the end, she did not show up at the police station.
His lawyer, Attorney Ilan Sofer, said: "No comment."
