Accused of harassing RSA beneficiaries, the chairman of the Finistère department council and a director of the community are summoned to appear on June 15 in the Brest court. At the origin of this procedure, the CGT and six people who are victims of excessive controls.
After a controversial "RSA plan" was put in place, the president of the Finistère department council was summoned to appear on 30 March for "institutional moral harassment" before the Brest court. An allegate testified.
