Ultra-Orthodox group breaks into Joseph's Tomb, removed by IDF hours later
A bus carrying the group arrived at the site around 6 A.M., local sources said. Roughly four hours later, the IDF said it had evacuated the group and transferred them to police for questioning, after confrontations broke out between the worshippers and local Palestinians
Nablus is defined as Area A, under the security control of the Palestinian Authority. Police forces are preparing to enter the area and are awaiting the arrival of IDF forces.
A group from the "Shuvo Banim" community entered the tomb complex in Nablus this morning, contrary to security forces' instructions. The forces are now working to remove them from the city and hand them over to the police.
