Downtown Loveland’s HIP Streets project to close intersection

Starting Monday, the intersection at East Fourth Street and North Washington Avenue will be closed for water and stormwater infrastructure work as part of the Heart Improvement Plan (HIP) streets project. The closure is expected to last 2 to 3 weeks, weather permitting.
