A Metro Detroit man who allegedly was caught on video beating his pet dog faces animal torture and cruelty charges, prosecutors said this week. Bradley Allen, 26, of Sterling Heights, was arraigned on third-degree animal torture, a 4-year felony, and misdemeanor cruelty to an animal charges in 41A District Court in his hometown.
