During todays 1:00p news conference, an Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper confirmed that former fugitive Benjamin Foster is believed to be involved in the murder of two Wolf Creek area men. OSP reported that between 3:30p on 1/30/23 and 7:10a on 1/31/23, two men were murdered in their Wolf Creek area home.
