Dorchester County to break ground on Dorchester Heritage Center

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – County leaders will gather next week to break ground on the Dorchester Heritage Center. The new state-of-the-art facility will be at 964 Highway 78 in Ridgeville.
