Domestic violence, abuse and lack of basic services affect thousands of children in Panama, says Unicef

Unicef's intention is to draw the Assembly's attention to strengthening and establishing public policies to favour children and adolescents, and stressed that every dollar invested in a child has a return of approximately 17 dollars.
