Dog rescued from Central Pa. storm drain after 6-hour ordeal

A dog in Boalsburg, Centre County was rescued from a storm drain on Wednesday after being trapped for more than six hours. According to the Boalsburg Fire Company, the pup entered the storm drain via an outlet pipe near his back yard. Firefighters tried in vain to get the dog out, and after almost six hours, they decided to cut the road to gain access to the pipe.
