PHELAN, Calif. (CBS, KYMA/KECY) - A dog was rescued from the California Aqueduct in Phelan, California Thursday. According to San Bernardino County Fire, the dog was seen by a helicopter with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Aviation team Thursday evening.
