Dead Dog Found Dumped in Crate East of Downtown Las Vegas 'May or May Not Be a Crime'

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, JUL 11 – Security footage identifying suspects has been handed to Clark County Animal Protective Services, who are investigating the dog's abandonment outside the Nevada SPCA facility.

LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Police and Clark County Animal Control officers are investigating a report of a dead dog found in a crate east of the downtown area. "It's possible the dog was killed and dumped here, or it could actually be a non-criminal case," said Lt. Monique Bulmer with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
