Doctolib Acquires Medicus, Plans to Invest £100m+ in UK

French GP platform Doctolib has acquired London-based peer Medicus and plans to invest more than £100 million in the UK. The deal, for an undisclosed amount, will see Doctolib deliver their combined technology, AI and services to the clinical and administrative teams of GP practices across the country.
