Do Vučić and Kalas Have Anything New to Say to Each Other?

Aleksandar Vučić, the president of Serbia, and Kaja Kalas, the EU's high representative for foreign policy and security, have nothing new to say to each other, because relations between Serbia and the EU have been stagnating for years, Nemanja Todorović Štiplija, director of the Center for Contemporary Politics and editor of the European Western Balkans portal, told Danas, ahead of Kalas' visit to Serbia.
