Last April, guards found a package that someone had thrown onto the grounds of the Pilsen prison. It contained two condoms filled with drugs, several syringes, and three rocks. DNA samples from the condoms and the cardboard the contraband was wrapped in pointed to recidivist Josef K. It wasn't enough to convict him. The appeals court had doubts about his guilt.
