DN DEBATT. Most parents of children who drive A-tractors worry about others on the roads, but in reality it is usually the young person who causes traffic accidents. No wonder when the requirements for obtaining a license to drive these vehicles are so low. Parents must step in and take more responsibility, writes Folksam's research manager Anders Kullgren.
