DJ Toxxyk set to appear in court

Disc jockey Arnaud Shema, popularly known as DJ Toxxyk, is expected to appear before the Nyarugenge Primary Court for a bail hearing in connection with a hit-and-run accident that claimed the life of a police officer who was on duty.
