District of Clearwater - Annual Tax Sale
The Local Government Act Sec.645 (1) states “At 10 A.M. on the last Monday in September, at the council chambers, the collector must conduct the annual tax sale by offering for sale by public auction each parcel of real property on which taxes are delinquent.” If the last Monday is a holiday, the annual tax sale must instead be held on the next Monday that is not a holiday.
