DISPUTE WITH PRISON ⟩ The head of the criminal association Haron Dikayev was sentenced to four-digit compensation

Haron Dikajev, an underworld figure in Tallinn prison, was allowed to meet his family without a partition in 2018. A few moments later, the prison redecided that the meeting would still take place with a partition. Although the prison later agreed that the action was unlawful, they found that it was not worth it to compensate for the damage. Now, years later, however, Dikayev was sentenced to hefty compensation from prison.
