The only cruise ship of the Dutch organization De Zonnebloem, which provides fully accessible vacations for people with physical disabilities, has been severely damaged in a collision on the Rhine near Wesel, Germany.
Only ship Zonnebloem hit and out of service for months
The only ship of the Zonnebloem has had a collision in Germany and may be out of service for several months. The holiday ship for people with a physical disability was hit head-on by a freighter near Wesel on the Rhine during the night from Friday to Saturday. None of the passengers were injured, the organization reports.
