Diplomat Taranjit Singh Sandhu navigates tricky political ground

Diplomat-turned-politician Taranjit Singh Sandhu has rekindled his relationship with Sikh holy town Amritsar, a constituency that has not won the Amritsar Lok Sabha since 2014.
