As pointed out by Minister Flávio Dino of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), as responsible for acting in favor of the PL president, Valdemar Costa Neto, in the indication of parliamentary amendments, Mariângela Fialek, known as Tuca, became the target of searches by the Federal Police in December last year.
