Dillon Kaiser pleads guilty, gets deferred sentence in Erin Black park incident

Dillon Kaiser, the man involved in a verbal clash at Dwayne Webster Veterans Park with former Loveland City Councilor Erin Black, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct related to the March 2025 encounter.
