DILLON, S.C. – On September 25, 2025, Judge Gibbons sentenced Brayan Haberlay Reyes Guanon to twelve years in prison after he pled guilty to Felony DUI with Great Bodily Injury. Following the completion of his sentence, Guanon will be deported to Chiapas, Mexico under an ICE hold. The case stemmed from an October 13, 2023, crash in Dillon County.
