In his newest book, “Complementarity: Dignity, Difference, and Interdependence,” Gregg Allison, professor of Christian theology at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, seeks to establish what he calls “complementarity” as the proper framework upon which to understand the breadth of the Bible’s teaching on God’s design for male and female.
