In line with national efforts to close the digital divide, the government has partnered with a telco company to launch the Bayanihan SIM initiative at Kalawakan Elementary School in Doña Remedios Trinidad, a Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Area (GIDA) in Bulacan.
