Dickinson PD officer seen on video pushing down 65-year-old, later charged but cleared by department

Michael Scurlock's family said the 65-year-old begged Dickinson police officers for help after being pushed, adding that he was in bad shape following it. He later died, and they're convinced the incident contributed.
