Development of 17 new council houses gets underway

The construction of 17 new council houses in Newton Mearns has started, East Renfrewshire Council have announced.

CCG begins build of Newton Mearns housing development

CCG (Scotland) has commenced work on the build of 17 new council homes in Newton Mearns on behalf of East Renfrewshire Council. The development will feature four one-bedroom cottage flats, 12 two-bed flats, and one two-bed bungalow, with three of the homes being wheelchair adaptable.
