Developers of previously stalled Duluth apartments offered more time

Summary by Ground News
The 45-unit apartment complex dubbed Urbane 218 is on the site of the former Esmond Building, aka the Seaway Hotel. The building was not yet fully enclosed, and after it was left exposed to the elements for several weeks, city officials required a structural analysis to be completed before work could resume. The city does not appear to be backing away from an even more ambitious future undertaking involving the same firm, Merge Urban Development Group.
