The developer of Tara April, a proposed commercial development on a 58-acre property in the city of Alachua, has sued the City for $10 million plus application expenses, asserting that the City's failure to schedule an Infrastructure Plan hearing for more than four years has resulted in lost value of the commercial area of the property.
