Deutsche Bahn: Renovation S3: Where the Train Goes up - and Where Not

Every three months, Railway Chief Richard Lutz has to prove to the Minister of Transport that his recovery plan is up. Now, with a lot of delay, he has submitted the first report, which contains some surprises, but not only positive ones.

Deutsche Bahn has presented its first quarterly report on its "S3" restructuring program to Federal Transport Minister Patrick Schnieder (CDU). The 50-page document, reported by the "Süddeutsche Zeitung," shows that the company's financial situation improved slightly in the first quarter.
