EDGEWOOD, MD—Detectives with the Harford County Sheriff’s Office are looking for information to help  them solve a cold case from 1988. The victim, Patricia Burns was living in the North Point Village in Dundalk, Maryland at the time of her death. At approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday July 6, 1988, Patricia Burns, who was 25 years old at the time, was found dead in the water along Winters Run Road in Edgewood.
