Parents signed a petition calling for a halt to the Ministry of Finance's intention to cut the salaries of education staff in schools and kindergartens. A resident of Ramat Gan said: "This is an attack on the status of the education profession, which is low anyway." The letter sent to the educator from Holon reads: "With you in the just struggle.
