Deschutes County Natural Resources will begin accepting applications for its 2026 Sweat Equity Bin Rental Program on Sunday, Feb. 1. Deschutes County is accepting applications for its 2026 Sweat Equity Bin Rental Program, which helps communities reduce wildfire risk by covering trash bin rental costs. Applications are open Feb. 1 through Feb. 28, with recipients notified in early April.
