RABUN COUNTY, Ga. — A routine traffic stop near GA 15/US 441 and Resort Drive led to a major drug bust earlier this week, according to the Rabun County Sheriff’s Office. On October 3, deputies pulled over a blue Mercury Marquis and identified the occupants as Charles Kevin Vanhorn and Kimberly Sue Elliott.
