TOWN OF VIENNA, N.Y. — According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert M. Maciol, deputies have arrested three teens and charged them with stealing a vehicle from the Whitestown Plaza parking lot during overnight hours on Sunday, Aug. 3. Patrol deputies located the stolen vehicle, which bore the names of Whitesboro businesses, behind a business in the town of Vienna on the same morning.
