Craig International picked to develop 189-acre Denison mixed-use project
Craig International has been selected to develop a 189-acre mixed-use community in Denison. The McKinney-based firm won a competitive request for proposal process to create a walkable destination featuring retail, entertainment, multifamily and office space. The project is expected to serve as the front door to Texoma region as well as Craig's $7 billion Preston Harbor development.
