City of Rehoboth Beach officials have announced another extension of demolition work at the future site of the One Rehoboth hotel.

Demolition at One Rehoboth Site Extended to June 27

The City of Rehoboth Beach has extended the demolition permit for the One Rehoboth site a second time – now through June 27th. The demolition is of the existing Grotto's Pizza and Sirocco Motel. This is the second extension – the City of Rehoboth Beach traditionally has a moratorium on this type of activity from May 15 through September 15.
