The Ministry of Justice of Russia has declared "foreign agents" of the co-founder of the human rights project "HOD-Info" by Gregory Okotin and demographer Alexei Rakshu, and also a member of the board of the "International Memorial" by Alexander Polivanov, an employee of the "Memorial" by Alexander Cerkas, a photographer by Evgeny Feldman, a writer by Alex Exler and the "Moscow against Mobilization" project.
