By exposing the numerous inconsistencies of users that report unusual increases in water charges (called "crazy receipts", Congresswoman Evelyn Sánchez Sánchez demanded that the state commissions of Public Services of Tijuana, Tecate, Ensenada and Mexicali make a comprehensive review of the external companies contracted for the taking of consumer readings.
