In the first weekend of the holiday, a new line of night trains was launched between Paris and Bourg-Saint-Maurice. The objective, to be found much faster on the slopes. The train can board up to 660 passengers at the foot of the slopes. In circulation for 50 years, nothing or almost nothing has changed. Takes have been added for the comfort of passengers who see only advantages. (Transports).
From Friday 19 December, a night train will link Bourg-Saint-Maurice and the ski resorts of the Northern Alps to the capital. A round trip is planned every week throughout the winter.
