ANGOLA — The Pokagon Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution are hosting a reading of the Declaration of Independence on Wednesday in Commons Park, Roman Beer stage, beginning promptly at 5:30 p.m.

The time and date honors the first time the declaration was read in public in 1776.
