Sweden wants to combat fraud in social services

Sweden's government wants a Commission to examine how fraud can be better combated in the so-called LSS services – such as nursing services, children's homes or the transport of disabled people.

Among the shortcomings detected are the absence of an indication of the amount of price increases on weekends and public holidays, or of an indication in contracts of annual price developments.
