Decades-old pharmacy building donated for local school's expansion

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- Allen's Pharmacy on Gypsy Lane was a Northside Youngstown landmark for 70 years. Now, the building has been donated to Akiva Academy, and it's being transformed into a middle school. Monday afternoon, people were invited to see the work taking place and a short program on the progress. 120 Akiva students in grades 5 through 8 will start using the building in January.
