A dead wolf has been found in Drenthe near the village of Hijken (municipality of Midden-Drenthe). According to police, the animal was hit by a car. The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision called police Wednesday morning, a police spokesperson said, confirming reports by RTV Drenthe. This is the third time in just over a week that a dead wolf has been found in Drenthe.
