A decomposed body of a 38-year-old man was found hanging from a ceiling fan in a flat at Saddiq Plaza, Unit No. 8, under A-Section police's jurisdiction. The man, Usman Raza Khan alias Maan, was discovered after neighbours reported a stench emanating from the locked flat.
