The second hearing in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) case is continuing.
The trial of 414 defendants, 51 of whom are in custody, including presidential candidate and Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu, will continue for the 83rd day at the Istanbul 33rd High Criminal Court in the new courtroom of the Marmara Closed Prison in Silivri.
The 19th day of the second hearing in the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) case will begin in Silivri. The defenses of the defendants who are not in custody will continue.
In the 82nd hearing of the trial involving 414 defendants, including İmamoğlu, advertising executive Kabil Taşçı responded to allegations of fake invoices, while Hakan Karaköse, Deputy Director of Advertising Management at Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, claimed he was subjected to threats and pressure during his detention.
In the corruption case against the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), 414 defendants, 50 of whom are in custody, including Ekrem İmamoğlu, who was removed from office, appeared before the judge in the 82nd hearing.
The defense of the unarrested defendants continues in the 82nd trial of the case, in which 51 of the 414 defendants were detained, concerning the “Imamoğlu Interest Criminal Organization”.
